  • Inspecting incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure they meet specified quality standards
  • Identifying and troubleshooting quality issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Conducting thorough testing and analysis of materials, products, and processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and client requirements
  • Collaborating with production teams to optimize workflows and improve overall efficiency
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support quality management systems
  • Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices

Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a QAQC Engineer in the metal fabrication, tool and die, or welding industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of welding, metal fabrication, and manufacturing processes
  • Proficient in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or similar
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards
