Job Overview

- Lead integrated brand, marketing and communication strategy within UDIS Hub APAC to ensure brand consistency, building brand reputation and supporting business growth.
- Ensure alignment of brand, marketing and communication strategies with regional business objectives through cross-functional collaboration, delivering impactful initiatives.
- Provide marketing communication toolkits aligned with products and services key message with adaptive innovations to regional value proposition.
- Partner region marketers to develop an integrated marketing and communication strategy specific for the products and services available for each market.
- Strategize on brand positioning per segment across regions to align the approach to the markets across the region.
- Oversee the implementation of integrated marketing and communication strategies across regions within UDIS Hub APAC, including brand, communication, digital, content, events and launches.
- Consolidate the plans, budget, forecast, manage and follow-up on marketing and communication activities within UDIS Hub APAC, aligning with business objectives.
- Drive brand and customer research initiatives for insights-led integrated marketing and communication strategy development.
- Analyze regional trends and competitors to develop targeted marketing and communication approaches.
- Recommend region specific initiative to promote brand familiarity to support lead generation and customer engagement.
- Plan and drive the implementation of digital marketing strategy across the regions to increase brand familiarity and drive online traffic and customer acquisition.
- Define measures for impact of marketing investment across the regions to evaluate the effectiveness of the initiatives and support continuous improvement in efficacy of marketing dollars spent per region.
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing and communications.
- Experience in automotive industry (preferably commercial vehicles or construction equipment).
- Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.
- Understanding of B2B marketing principles and market segmentation in commercial vehicles industry.
- Strategic planning and project management skills,
- Flexible, creative and innovative
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- International experience and multi-cultural competence.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Any other Asian languages will be a plus.
