Job Scope

  • Conducting land surveys to collect accurate data on site boundaries, topography, and other relevant features
  • Preparing detailed survey reports, drawings, and maps to document findings
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure survey requirements are met
  • Utilizing advanced surveying equipment and techniques to deliver high-quality, reliable data
  • Collaborating with the wider project team to integrate survey information into the design and planning process
  • Ensuring all survey activities adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors
  • Strong technical skills in using surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure accurate and reliable survey data
  • Knowledge of relevant surveying standards, regulations, and safety practices
