
Land Surveyor - LTA/MRT/Steel Projects
Job Scope
- Conducting land surveys to collect accurate data on site boundaries, topography, and other relevant features
- Preparing detailed survey reports, drawings, and maps to document findings
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure survey requirements are met
- Utilizing advanced surveying equipment and techniques to deliver high-quality, reliable data
- Collaborating with the wider project team to integrate survey information into the design and planning process
- Ensuring all survey activities adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors
- Strong technical skills in using surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure accurate and reliable survey data
- Knowledge of relevant surveying standards, regulations, and safety practices
