  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB SCOPES:


Customer Service Centre Management: Manage the daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Routine Feedback Management: Address customer feedback in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assist building professionals with their submission of building plans, fire safety plans, mechanical ventilation plans, fire engineered design briefs, and shelter waiver requests.
Assist with any e-service issues they encounter, providing guidance and support for smooth navigation and usage of electronic services.
Assist with records purchase by Owners/Tenants from Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Education, and other property types


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


Singaporean (s) only.
