RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform administrative functions
Oversee the casino count process and adherence to the relevant procedures in accordance with Company guidelines
Supervise the daily soft count team, maintain proper documentation and proper handover of collections count to Casino Cashiering
Investigate all material soft count variances and preparation of exceptional & variance report
Liaise with HR department and / or Casino Deployment on Count personnel related matters
Liaise with Surveillance, Casino Cashiering, Casino Finance and other relevant Business Units on soft count related matters
Prepare reports for Management and reports required by the relevant Authority
Maintain training slides and attendance records
Other assignments as directed by Management.
REQUIREMENTS
Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
Minimum Diploma or Degree or equivalent qualification
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good numerical sense, detail-oriented, high levels of integrity
Dependable and good team player
Good coordination and communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of casino operations, drop box procedures, and familiarity with electronic counting equipment (e.g., note counters) is a plus
