Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing & Management

  • Proactively source and build a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Engage with candidates regularly to track their availability, job preferences, and career goals.
  • Keep the candidate database current to optimize job placements and increase revenue opportunities.

2. Workforce & Shift Management

  • Source and align candidates with open job roles to ensure efficient and effective workforce placement.
  • Coordinate and schedule work shifts for temporary, contract, or relief staff, balancing client requirements with candidate availability.
  • Monitor candidate attendance and address any last-minute changes or replacements as needed.

3. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in developing leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Assist in crafting job descriptions and job postings to attract the right talent for clients.

4. Recruitment Operations & Administration

  • Handle all administrative tasks related to candidate onboarding, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employment paperwork, work permits (if applicable), and payroll-related documentation.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of placements, contracts, and candidate profiles.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a key liaison between recruiters, candidates, and clients to facilitate smooth recruitment operations.
  • Address candidate inquiries regarding job details, shift schedules, and payment processes.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers by ensuring all recruitment processes are executed efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in temporary staffing or shift-based workforce management is a plus.
