  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope:

Assist with recruitment admin and onboarding tasks
Manage digital candidate files (naming, saving, tracking)
Handle sensitive HR data with accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies (e.g. MOHH)
Help with scheduling, reporting, and department projects



Requirements:

Diploma in HR, Business, or related field
Fresh grads welcome! (1–2 years of HR/Admin experience a bonus)
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel & basic IT tools
Meticulous, organized, and good at managing timelines
