As Product Marketing Manager your role is to write, edit and deliver thought leadership and product marketing content to enhance communication, awareness, and reputation of DCDA banking services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research - including SME consultation - formulate, ideate, copywrite, proofread and edit content
- Edit, proofread, repurpose content for internal, sales, product or marketing use
- Advise on angles, trends, ideas
- Translate technical content and jargon to easy-to-understand messages for the target audience (internal business teams and external clients)
- Ensure that all client and internal training, product marketing collaterals is true to our brand and aligned to the overarching Cash product strategy, product positioning and key client value proposition statements.
- Apply SEO principles to maximize reach and drive organic traffic to the ISO20022 microsite on sc.com.
- Partner with Cash Product Management and the DCDA Content team to repurpose and transform the existing content and/or develop new content to create high impact product marketing materials to support this strategic program
- Support other editorial or content deliverables as required
- Content items include, but are not limited to, articles, blogs, magazines/newsletters, social posts, website copy, vox pops
- Strong writing and communications skills, project management, and time management skills together with relationship building (stakeholders, peers and external partners) will be required for successful and timely delivery of content to effectively differentiate the bank in a highly competitive market, targeting specific client segments and industry sectors

Requirements:
- Good educational background, ideally to degree or equivalent level.
- 5 to 8 years as a copywriter/editor
- Proactive, results-focused with solid project management skills
- Fast, persuasive oral, and writing and editing skills – able to gather information, set expectations, manage stakeholders, propose themes and topics, articulate messages, and drive others to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in fostering relationships across teams and geographies.
- Management of industry award submissions, including editing or writing of entries, coordination of multiple teams and inputs, award tracking, and internal communications
- Practiced in successfully ideating, developing and delivering various content formats, ensuring messaging addresses client needs and challenges
- Ability to work in a high pace, high pressure environment
- Flexibility, adaptability and comfort with changing circumstances in a dynamic business environment
- Knowledge and experience of Cash Banking Products and ISO 20022
- Writing experience as a content writer and/or journalist in transaction banking services with an emphasis on cash management
