Job Scope
1. Clearing of paper, card, passbook, and cash jams.
2. Replenishing nearly depleted paper and other consumables such as receipt printer paper and printer ribbons.
3. Basic remedial maintenance, which consists of servicing obvious items that will prevent a repeat or subsequent FLM call.
4. General cleaning of the ATM, ATM+, BTM and CDM exterior, display screen, fascia and immediate surrounding area while on-site for the provision of other FLM services.
5. Reporting site problems such as lighting, facility or environmental conditions to Customer.
6. Initial on-site investigation of network related incidents.
7. Provide SST safe / vault access to NCR SLM if required.
8. Suspend call for SLM when required (i.e., issue beyond FLM such as parts replacement);
9. Report vandalism incidents to relevant parties based on established process.
10. Retrieval of retained passbooks and cards when on-site for a remedial call.
11. Ad-hoc special attendance to site to collect captured cards or passbooks.
12. Escalation of vandalism to Customer
Working hours: willing to do Rotating shift
