Job Scope
Ideate, develop and produce videos, visuals and other multimedia content for the School’s various digital and social media channels e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
Create EDMs and graphic visuals for internal and external platforms
Upload content onto the School’s social media platforms and websites
Coordinate photo and video shoots and recces
Coordinate the editorial and production of publications and other printed collaterals
Compile and update mailing lists
Develop communications materials including key messages, press releases, and organise media briefings and interviews
Assist in the editorial and development of content for internal communications channels
Media monitoring and social media listening as required
Track budgets, monitor and record expenditure for projects and retainer account
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Diploma or degree in media-related field is preferred.
Good writing skills for website and social media text copies and copyediting.
Adept at managing social media platforms and Wordpress.
Able to design simple infographic or electronic mailers, or work with existing design templates.
Competent in Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Ability to handle still photography, video filming, and carry out film editing.
