Working hours: Part Time - Flexible
Salary: $12/hr for weekdays; $13/hr for weekends
Department Store/Retail Sales Assistant | Multiple Locations | Seniors are welcome
Job Responsibilities:
Department Store/Retail sales and stock taking duties
Outlet opening and closing shift duties
Assist in ensuring that the retail store is clean, organized and well-maintained.
Ensure all merchandise and price tag are properly display.
Assist customer in after sales service, eg: exchange, refund and repair.
Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customers problem.
Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Replenish stock when necessary.
Carry out day-to-day administrative work.
Adhere to company guidelines and procedures.
Report constructive feedback to retail store supervisor
Job Requirements:
MUST have retail sale experience, experience in luggage sales is an advantage
Trainings will be provided
Confident, independent and possess excellent communication skill
MUST be able to work in retail hours including weekends and public holidays
