South America, and Japan. With a strong presence in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced candidate with extensive network in Southeast Asian garment manufacturing industry and deep understanding of garment production processes to join

our team. This role will be helping us strengthen our relationships with clothing factories in the region.

Job Summary:

We are seeking candidate with a background or strong interest in the garment/apparel sector—ideally with hands-on experience in trading, production, or sales within the textile or clothing industry. This role involves assisting in the execution of strategic sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business strategy, sales performance tracking, and customer engagement to drive market expansion and revenue growth. This is a six-month attachment program, and a full-time position may be offered if you meet the required criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Assist in designing and executing effective sales strategies to expand market reach and drive business growth.

• Customer Development & Relationship Management: Support engagement with existing distributors, dealers, and key accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the local market.

• Coordinate with HQ on quotations, sample delivery, contract signing, adn other sales-related processes.

• Pipeline & Business Growth: Contribute to pipeline management by leveraging insights from market research and sales performance data to strengthen sales opportunities.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the successful implementation of sales initiatives.

Job Requirement:

  • Solid knowledge of workwear, safety apparel, and functional garments (e.g. flame-retardant, anti-static, waterproof, oil-resistant);
  • Prior sales experience in the garment or protective clothing industry is preferred, especially in B2B settings;
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development, and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to independently develop new clients, maintain relationships, and manage the full sales process;
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage;
  • Familiarity with the Singapore or Southeast Asian garment market; candidates with existing client networks or industry resources are preferred.
