We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Management Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of physical assets, ensuring their proper tagging, tracking, and reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring our asset database remains up-to-date, support audit processes, and collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve asset-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Asset Transactions & Record Keeping
Process asset transactions in Financial and Asset Management Systems to ensure timely and accurate updates.

Asset Verification & Maintenance
Conduct stocktake exercises and asset tagging to confirm physical existence, condition, and functionality of assets.

Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for asset-related queries and provide clear, effective advice and support.

Reporting & Documentation
Prepare regular reports, including month-end reporting, and assist in documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Audit Support
Respond to audit queries and assist in preparing required documentation and clarifications related to asset records.

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and travel between sites as required
