Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT department and define its strategic direction in alignment with the organization's goals.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Evaluate and improve existing IT infrastructure and recommend new technologies or solutions to improve efficiency.
- Lead, manage, and develop the IT team, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and resources to meet business needs.

- Oversee the design and implementation of new software applications, systems, and tools to meet business needs.
- Ensure IT systems comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts to ensure minimal disruption in case of IT failures
- Work closely with other business leaders to ensure IT aligns with business needs and objectives.
- Facilitate the integration of new technology with existing systems and ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Provide regular reports to executive management on IT performance, security status, and technology-related risks.
- Analyze the effectiveness of technology investments and provide insights to optimize operations.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (preferrably 7 years) in IT management, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, software development, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Experience in budgeting, vendor management, and project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Expertise in disaster recovery planning, IT security, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and drive innovation in technology.
