Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT department and define its strategic direction in alignment with the organization's goals.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Oversee the design and implementation of new software applications, systems, and tools to meet business needs.
  • Ensure IT systems comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts to ensure minimal disruption in case of IT failures
  • Work closely with other business leaders to ensure IT aligns with business needs and objectives.
  • Facilitate the integration of new technology with existing systems and ensure smooth communication across teams.
  • Provide regular reports to executive management on IT performance, security status, and technology-related risks.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of technology investments and provide insights to optimize operations.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (preferrably 7 years) in IT management, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, software development, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Experience in budgeting, vendor management, and project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Expertise in disaster recovery planning, IT security, and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and drive innovation in technology.
