Job Responsibilities
Institution Budget Planning, Forecasting and Reporting.
Review and prepares Institution’s annual budget and regular forecasts to Group for timely decision making.
Reviews and prepares financial reports and other financial information on a timely basis to assist management with timely intervention and decision making.
Analyses and highlights variances or exceptions for management review, e.g. actual performance versus budget and forecasts.
Costing, Services Pricing & Subvention Management.
Plan and establish service fees adjustment policies and procedures
Review and propose changes to costings, services pricing periodically.
Manage subvention payouts in accordance with MOH policies.
Capital Investment
Support the Institution’s digital transformation journey through finance lens review.
Review and evaluate business cases and projects for risks and opportunities.
Governance
Inculcate a strong internal control environment through periodic reviews of Institution’s internal processes, systems, policies and procedures and put in recommendations to ensure business risks are minimised.
Multi-discipline/departments collaborations and initiatives to drive process improvements and controls.
Stakeholder Management
Engage internal and external stakeholders to build collaborative relationships and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of the Institution.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accountancy/profession accounting qualifications (e.g. Chartered Accountant) or degree in Business Administration (major in Accountancy or Finance) or equivalent with minimum 5 years of related working experience.
