- Strong grounding in electronics and failure diagnostics, including trend tracking and component-level assessments.
- Understanding of global and regional safety regulations relevant to electronic gadgets and how those standards inform testing protocols.
- Hands-on experience or solid knowledge of battery systems—from development to failure analysis—is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with diagnostic and investigative tools (like CT scans, X-ray, SEM/EDX, and material analysis) is a significant plus.
- Proven track record in managing lab environments, including guiding technical staff and ensuring process efficiency.
- Self-motivated individual who can operate independently but thrives in collaborative spaces. Problem-solving instincts and action-oriented mindset are key.
