Join the PC Dreams Group as a Warehouse Operation Executive and play a crucial role in driving our mission forward. As a key member of our team, you’ll lead our warehouse and inventory operations, foster strong partnerships, drive export sales, and streamline processes—all while championing sustainability and creating meaningful business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse & Inventory Management

Oversee inventory operations, including maintaining accurate records, stock categorization, SKU updates, and monthly stock reconciliations, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Develop and implement inventory management procedures to enhance operational efficiency and meet ISO 27001 requirements.

Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory, manage stock placement and labeling, and conduct evaluations of incoming devices.

Work closely with technical team devices refurbishment.

Prepare and analyze detailed inventory reports, ensuring system alignment and process optimization.

2. Logistic Planning

Coordinate with logistics companies for overseas export and import shipments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

Streamline delivery schedules and manage relationships with buyback partners/end-users.

Optimize end-to-end logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency while adhering to sustainability goals and compliance requirements.

3. BuyBack Program Operation

Manage tools & equipment used for daily operations.

Handle trade-in inquiries from partners and end-users, conduct training for BuyBack program processes and quotation portal, and ensure smooth reporting and billing coordination with partners and finance teams.

Conduct regular audits of BuyBack transaction validity, turnaround time and status.

Generate insightful data analyses and reports to drive business improvements and ensure process efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.

Proven experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management, with demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems) compliance.

Strong attention to details, especially in documentation and data entry processes.

Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Docs, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Passion for sustainability and commitment to advancing zero e-waste initiatives.

Work Week: Monday - Friday

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
