Job Description:
- Assist the Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager.
- Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the client and Consultant team.
- Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same / across disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
- Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
- Liase with relevant stakeholders, and resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
- Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning and handing over inspection.
- Maintain site records.
- Estimated commencement of work in Aug 2025.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
- A registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Resident Technical Officer on local projects.
- Experience in supervision of Mechanical and Electrical Services installation for local Hospital/Healthcare/Institution/ Commercial Developments would be added advantage
- Familiar with local codes and regulations
- Ability to respond to technical questions
