Responsibilities

  • Proactive sales role in business development
  • Manage and achieve sales targets for domestic and export
  • Achieving sales projections and budget targets
  • Responsible for finding and developing new and incremental sales and revenue from potential and existing customers
  • Responsible to establish and generate new business through new channels
  • To maintain good relationships with existing customers
  • Responsible of performing and conducting sales presentation to customers on company's product and services
  • To update and educate new product launches and promotions to the customers
  • Understanding the market competitors' activities and industry trends to develop and implement a high growth strategy
  • To assist in the business planning and launching of marketing activities
  • Develop strategies and implement action plan to achieve high business performance
  • Provide reports to superior with customers' progress and make appropriate recommendations to improve overall sales performance
  • To respond quickly and efficiently to all sales enquiries and ensure conversion into sales
  • To maintain and update a database of company's prospects
  • To attend to and solve problems arising from job orders
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in FMCG or HORECA industry
  • Experience in Export Sales will be an advantage
  • Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills
  • Must possess initiative and able to work independently with positive attitude
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Possess own vehicle and Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
