Responsibilities
- Proactive sales role in business development
- Manage and achieve sales targets for domestic and export
- Achieving sales projections and budget targets
- Responsible for finding and developing new and incremental sales and revenue from potential and existing customers
- Responsible to establish and generate new business through new channels
- To maintain good relationships with existing customers
- Responsible of performing and conducting sales presentation to customers on company's product and services
- To update and educate new product launches and promotions to the customers
- Understanding the market competitors' activities and industry trends to develop and implement a high growth strategy
- To assist in the business planning and launching of marketing activities
- Develop strategies and implement action plan to achieve high business performance
- Provide reports to superior with customers' progress and make appropriate recommendations to improve overall sales performance
- To respond quickly and efficiently to all sales enquiries and ensure conversion into sales
- To maintain and update a database of company's prospects
- To attend to and solve problems arising from job orders
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in FMCG or HORECA industry
- Experience in Export Sales will be an advantage
- Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills
- Must possess initiative and able to work independently with positive attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Possess own vehicle and Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
