The Account Manager will be the key project contact with clients, internal teams and other agency partners/vendors. You will be supporting our Senior Account Manager / Associate Account Director in various pitches and projects, which could range from discussing project requirements with team members, working out cost & budgets, external vendor liaison, relationship building and management (internal and external), as well as client/project management from end-to-end (pitch-execution-reporting).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of projects independently from end-to-end, managing both internal and external teams to deliver high quality deliverables.
- Support Senior Account Manager / Associate Account Director in pitches and/or ongoing bigger projects.
- Effectively manage project scope, quality, timeline, budgeting and finance processes from end-to-end.
- Embodies charisma and is able to build and maintain good relationships with various Clients and Vendors (e.g. Production Houses, Freelancers etc.) alike.
- Demonstrates effective and clear communication with both Internal Teams and External Parties.
- Work closely within the Account Management Team, and with other Internal Teams - Creative, Marketing, Production team to deliver remarkable and innovative work.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and keeping calm under pressure / seeking out solutions.
Experience and Attributes
- 3-4 years in the Marketing/Advertising industry is highly preferred, especially video production.
- Ability to manage, plan and prioritise time, while being self-motivated to achieve outstanding results.
- Eye for detail, with the capacity to learn fast and drive their own personal development.
- Strong organisational skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- A team player who is hungry to learn, proactive and ready to pursue excellence.
- Proficient with Google Suite (Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Familiarity with digital marketing and Social Media Platforms.
