Job Summary

This role reports to the Manager, Homecare Services (HCS). This incumbent is responsible for administrative, financial and operational functions of assigned sections in HCS in an accurate and timely manner and contribute positively in building team relationships and smooth functioning of the service.

Job Responsibilities

Assigned Service for Home Personal Care:

  • Receive & print referrals from the Integrated Referral Management System (IRMS).
  • Update patients’ data into relevant IT systems.
  • Maintain records of service utilization and carry out billing and collection of fees.
  • Responsible for submission of MediSave.
  • Responsible for application of Medifund.
  • Update relevant sections of the HCS Manual as and when required.
  • Manage all statistics collection.

Department Support:

  • Generate bills, perform digital tasks and interact with healthcare professionals and patients/families for bill collation.
  • Support transformation work in extracting data for reports, digitalization of bill collection & interface with electronic medical records.
  • Ensure accurate submission for Ensure accurate submission for Intermediate and long-term care subvention.
  • Collate all statistics from various services in Hospital into database.
  • Handle any outstanding debts that are 3 months and above.
  • Collate statistics and prepare documents for licensing & accreditation with external parties like MOH, AIC and any other authorized regulatory.
  • Participate in Administrative Digital Transformation project or any other projects as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support for development of new projects.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Digital fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in Administration and Finance.
  • Experience with digital fee recovery processes
  • Experienced in digital fee recovery and working with EPIC Next Generation Medical Record systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Independent, detail-oriented and collaborative team player
