Responsibilities:

  • Management of stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and countries
  • Proactively strengthen decision support, clinical governance mechanisms, quality control systems, data analytics, and clinical delivery systems to enable safer, person-centred healthcare in clinical oncology pharmacy processes.
  • Collaborate with international and Singapore personnel, quality teams, organization leaders to establish best pharmacy practice.
  • Collect and prepare workload statistics and other reports as assigned by the Senior Manager.
  • Manage the day-to-day pharmacy operations for different clinics
  • Manage pharmacy training and education.
  • Provide concise, applicable, and timely responses to requests for drug information from health care providers and health care workers.
  • Participate in departmental performance improvement program.
  • Be the responsible person on the wholesale and import licences and oversee the sales and transactions.
  • Perform any duties as assigned by the Senior Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent
  • Registered as a Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council
  • 7-10 years of working experience as a pharmacist with at least 5 years working experience in oncology
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
