Responsibilities:
- Management of stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and countries
- Proactively strengthen decision support, clinical governance mechanisms, quality control systems, data analytics, and clinical delivery systems to enable safer, person-centred healthcare in clinical oncology pharmacy processes.
- Collaborate with international and Singapore personnel, quality teams, organization leaders to establish best pharmacy practice.
- Collect and prepare workload statistics and other reports as assigned by the Senior Manager.
- Manage the day-to-day pharmacy operations for different clinics
- Manage pharmacy training and education.
- Provide concise, applicable, and timely responses to requests for drug information from health care providers and health care workers.
- Participate in departmental performance improvement program.
- Be the responsible person on the wholesale and import licences and oversee the sales and transactions.
- Perform any duties as assigned by the Senior Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent
- Registered as a Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council
- 7-10 years of working experience as a pharmacist with at least 5 years working experience in oncology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
