
Senior Principal consultant (IT Business Solutions)
U3 Infotech is looking for experienced individuals with a strong focus on business development and client acquisition to drive growth and expand our talent solutions. A key aspect of this position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and positioning U3 Infotech as a trusted partner. Success in this role requires a results-driven mindset, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to drive new business growth across key sectors in the region
- Lead and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Identify and develop key partnerships and channels to accelerate solution sales
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery to shape winning proposals and customer solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Own CRM discipline, pipeline accuracy, and reporting to leadership
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of IT sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on Banking, Financial services and Insurance (BFSI)
- Strong understanding of BFSI challenges and digital transformation drivers
- Proven track record of selling IT services/solutions (cloud, infra, security, managed services, digital transformation, system integration)
- Strong C-level selling and consultative sales capabilities
- Deep network of enterprise clients in Singapore and/or ASEAN region
- Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
