Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to drive new business growth across key sectors in the region
  • Lead and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
  • Identify and develop key partnerships and channels to accelerate solution sales
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery to shape winning proposals and customer solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Own CRM discipline, pipeline accuracy, and reporting to leadership
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of IT sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on Banking, Financial services and Insurance (BFSI)
  • Strong understanding of BFSI challenges and digital transformation drivers
  • Proven track record of selling IT services/solutions (cloud, infra, security, managed services, digital transformation, system integration)
  • Strong C-level selling and consultative sales capabilities
  • Deep network of enterprise clients in Singapore and/or ASEAN region
  • Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
