
Property Assistant Manager (Condominium / MNC) East Area
Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Property Assistant Manager be part of their Property Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area, easily assessible.
Duties of Property Assistant Manager:
- Support daily operations and maintenance of a residential property.
- Work closely with the Residence Manager to ensure smooth property management.
- Assist in implementing service initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, management teams, and council members.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee general upkeep of the property.
- Monitor budgets, financial transactions, and cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience of relevant experience
- Well versed with BMSMA laws relating to Condominium.
- Comfortable with 5.5 days alternate work week.
