Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Property Assistant Manager be part of their Property Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area, easily assessible.

Duties of Property Assistant Manager:

  • Support daily operations and maintenance of a residential property.
  • Work closely with the Residence Manager to ensure smooth property management.
  • Assist in implementing service initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, management teams, and council members.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee general upkeep of the property.
  • Monitor budgets, financial transactions, and cost controls.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience of relevant experience
  • Well versed with BMSMA laws relating to Condominium.
  • Comfortable with 5.5 days alternate work week.
