Job Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the General Manager, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the office and executive-level coordination.
  • Supports both the General Manager and the HR Department with a wide range of administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination efforts.
  • Handles the application, renewal, and compliance processes for various statutory and industry-related licenses and passes.
  • Oversees the maintenance and documentation of ISO and compliance standards.
  • Prepares and organizes documents for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.
  • Assists the HR department in the recruitment process, such as posting job ads, screening candidates, and arranging interviews, contributing to a smooth and efficient hiring workflow.
  • Manages basic IT administrative functions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant working experiences
  • Knowledge of ISO and risk assessment
