Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all administration works, ensuring compliance is met.
- Organize daily activities and arrange inspections to monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare and present weekly reports to management regarding site progress and any challenges encountered.
- Facilitate communication among project managers, staff, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
- Attend external project meetings and collaborate with consultants on technical and coordination matters.
- Work closely with clients to track project progress and ensure that all work is completed on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Experience in Construction, Marine & Process (CMP) sector in or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Well verse with good command of English
