Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all administration works, ensuring compliance is met.
  • Organize daily activities and arrange inspections to monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports to management regarding site progress and any challenges encountered.
  • Facilitate communication among project managers, staff, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
  • Attend external project meetings and collaborate with consultants on technical and coordination matters.
  • Work closely with clients to track project progress and ensure that all work is completed on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Experience in Construction, Marine & Process (CMP) sector in or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
  • Well verse with good command of English
