  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage HR documentation including employee contracts, performance records, and leave records.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist experience
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in salary package review and employee welfare management.
