Job Responsibilities

  • Provide the full spectrum of HR and administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process – from job postings and interviews to onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions for new employees and handle exit clearance when staff move on.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulations.
  • Draft essential HR documents, including appointment, confirmation, increment, and promotion letters.
  • Oversee leave administration and help with overtime tracking and calculations.
  • Organize and manage staff training activities to support employee growth.
  • Perform general admin duties such as filing, document management, and data updates.
  • Step in for reception coverage when needed, ensuring a welcoming front-desk experience.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks and support the team wherever needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in HR or other relevant field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist experience
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Experience in luxury retail will be a plus.
