Job Responsibilities
- Provide the full spectrum of HR and administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Manage the entire recruitment process – from job postings and interviews to onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate orientation sessions for new employees and handle exit clearance when staff move on.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulations.
- Draft essential HR documents, including appointment, confirmation, increment, and promotion letters.
- Oversee leave administration and help with overtime tracking and calculations.
- Organize and manage staff training activities to support employee growth.
- Perform general admin duties such as filing, document management, and data updates.
- Step in for reception coverage when needed, ensuring a welcoming front-desk experience.
- Take on ad-hoc tasks and support the team wherever needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in HR or other relevant field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist experience
- Strong understanding of local labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Experience in luxury retail will be a plus.
