- Position Title: International Early Years Teacher
- Working Location: Kay Siang Rd
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am – 4pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $3,000 - $4,500 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Use student-focused and reflective teaching to help children learn through exploration and teamwork.
- Assess students in different ways and adapt lessons to their needs.
- Give clear feedback to help students improve.
- Keep students engaged in all parts of the curriculum and connect different subjects, including English and math, using IPC units.
- Teach a creative, inquiry-based IPC curriculum every day and cover all required topics.
- Show a good understanding of curriculum skills, concepts, and values.
- Work with colleagues to plan lessons and create a strong, connected curriculum for the year.
- Help organize and join school trips, camps, performances, and learning events.
- Lead at least one extracurricular activity each week.
- Supervise students actively and create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom.
- Keep the school environment welcoming and lively, following the school’s values.
- Work closely with parents, giving regular updates and celebrating student progress.
- Join meetings, training, and parent conferences outside regular class hours.
- Keep your teaching skills up to date with the latest research and best practices.
- Set goals for your teaching, reflect on your work, and take part in the school’s appraisal system.
- Support and guide colleagues as a coach or mentor when possible.
- Follow school policies, maintain professionalism, and share resources and knowledge to help the school community.
- Take part in school meetings, management tasks, and events like Open Days.
- Perform other duties as needed by school management.

- Ongoing professional development in relevant areas.
- Experience teaching primary grades.
- Experience working outside Singapore
- Comfortable with a holistic approach to education.
- Familiarity with IPC is a plus.
