
Technology Risk PMO / Project Support Analyst (Regulatory / Banking)

We are looking to hire a Technology Risk PMO / Project Support Analyst in Singapore to support our client which is a top global investment bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster the Identify, Escalate, Debate risk culture.
- Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive Application Governance function which includes but not limited to Vulnerability remediation, Risk Integration Support Environment, End of Life tracking, Business Continuity tracking and Application Recovery tracking.
- Manage senior stakeholders’ communication and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing or streamlining execution of risk management processes; partner across multiple divisions to execute.
- Collaborate across the region application groups, Risk Leads and enterprise process owners (including Global Information Security) to respond to Application governance and exception process.
- Quality assurance and Global Information Security related findings program oversight
- Practice and promote good risk culture and risk management within GCIBT, leading participation in technology risk activities.
Requirements:
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience supporting IT compliance, governance or risk projects / functions
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry frameworks (e.g., MAS TRM, SOX, COBIT, ITIL).
- Strong documentation, tracking, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and project tracking tools.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a structured and process-driven mindset.
- Experience working in a banking or financial services environment is an advantage
- Familiarity with IT project lifecycle and change management processes.
- Having CISA/CISSP certification is added advantage
