  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Produce M&E systems design drawings,shop drawings and as-built drawings related to building works.
  • Monitor site installation progress and update changes on site.
  • Prepare and compile as-built drawings for submission
  • Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects.
  • Assist in BIM Coordination offsite & on site implementation.
  • Explore 3D BIM authoring tools to leverage the capability to enhance construction productivity.
  • Producing Documents & Drawing for Approval & Construction .
  • Ensure on-time completion of required drawings
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/NTC 3 (or equivalent)inMechanical / Electrical Engineering,Building Services or related field
  • Minimum 4 years experience in M&E building design work
  • Well-versed in operating AutoCAD
  • Possess M&E design knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player.
  • Knowledge & familiarity with Revit MEP will be an advantage.
  • Industry experience on a construction project will be an advantage.
  • Candidates with hands-on experience in BIM Authoring tools and BIM reviewing tools and software is a plus
