The Corporate Secretarial Associate/Senior Associate assists in handling a portfolio of locally incorporated companies and offshore companies (may include public listed companies) and ensures that all company secretarial matters of clients are handled.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Assist in providing company secretarial services to a range of clients;
  •  Handle full set of company secretarial documents;
  •  Communicate with clients independently;
  •  Oversee issuing of invoices and following up on payments;
  • Incorporation of local companies as and when requested by clients;
  •  Prepare and arrange statutory forms for filing;
  •  General filing of documents and statutory books;
  •  Update and maintain records/information in ViewPoint;
  •  Ensure filing deadlines are met;
  •  Completes time sheets in an accurate and timely manner;
  •  Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  •  Minimum Degree / Diploma holder and starting ICSA qualification;
  •  Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience gained in professional firm/CPA firm/law firm;
  •  Good computer skills and familiar with Viewpoint system as an advantage;
  •  Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
  •  Independent and able to work under pressure.
