The Corporate Secretarial Associate/Senior Associate assists in handling a portfolio of locally incorporated companies and offshore companies (may include public listed companies) and ensures that all company secretarial matters of clients are handled.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in providing company secretarial services to a range of clients;
- Handle full set of company secretarial documents;
- Communicate with clients independently;
- Oversee issuing of invoices and following up on payments;
- Incorporation of local companies as and when requested by clients;
- Prepare and arrange statutory forms for filing;
- General filing of documents and statutory books;
- Update and maintain records/information in ViewPoint;
- Ensure filing deadlines are met;
- Completes time sheets in an accurate and timely manner;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Degree / Diploma holder and starting ICSA qualification;
- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience gained in professional firm/CPA firm/law firm;
- Good computer skills and familiar with Viewpoint system as an advantage;
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
