Job Overview

Develop and implement winning strategies for achieving UD International Sales Hub APAC goals by building sustainable competitive advantage through adding value to the private importers and the market companies.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Setup the Vision, Mission and wanted position, key gaps and action plans with regions towards growth strategy and segments.
  • Develop, plan, budget, forecast, manage and follow-up all activities within UDIS Hub APAC vehicle sales and business development towards targets within the areas of profitable growth, product cycle management and operational excellence.
  • Setup the overall Long Term Plan structure and support the Dealer Business Plan structure with sales incentive follow up.
  • Identify key business focus and support strategic projects.
  • Implement data-driven segmentation strategies across different regions to optimize market coverage and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with regional vehicle sales personnel to analyze market insights to derive innovative ways to achieve operational efficiencies and improve sales performance.
  • Manage the price management and sales performance management with the implementation lead generation strategy.
  • Support the regions to define feature and cost optimized competitive product offer specification in line with customer needs and market trend in existing and new markets.
  • Manage the global demand and volume planning for Hub APAC with the interface to operations and UDIS HQ and ensure up-to-date reporting on defined performance metrics.
  • Drive the Delivery and Invoicing process for CBU and KD, manage the outbound logistics of TSA and Ageo factory.
  • Manage the Order to Delivery process and KPI’s (ex. inventory lead-time, order book/order intake, order fulfilment …).
  • Develop and enhance the process around Customer adaption, Special vehicles to improve lead-times and customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales with documentation around variants, components, body builder offering.
  • Drive new business area study across the regions, including redefining segmentation strategies, expanding territories or business partners.
  • Support and implement mid-term business development strategies in Hub APAC in line with UDIS HQ long-term business development goals.
  • Collaborating with UDIS HQ to evaluate new business initiatives with data-driven insights from competitors, customers, market sentiments and future trend predictions within the regional geographies of Hub APAC.

Required Competencies/ Experiences

  • Experience in strategic planning, business development and execution.
  • Elaborate experience in commercial vehicle business operations, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
  • Ability to manage and drive a wide range of diverse issues.
  • International experience and multi-cultural competence.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
