Job Responsibilities:

  • In charge of all technical matters involving designs, construction methods, work procedures, quality control, and document control.
  • Provide technical support to the project team and project tender team when required.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and respect on the job site.
  • Review technical specifications and resolve technical queries.
  • Attend meetings, conduct site inspections, detect design/technical issues, and draw discrepancies.
  • Ensure all drawings/BIM models are prepared and updated timely and accurate.
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of project activities, project timeline, and progress.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and consultants on project deliverables, ensuring the requirements are met.
  • Responsible for all submissions to clients, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders; ensuring timely and fulfilled submissions.
  • Assist PM/PD in the overall project planning and other duties that may be assigned at any time.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction/ Civil Engineering/Architecture or any related education.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 2 completed private residential projects preferred.
  • Strong background in construction activities and project management.
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • An effective communicator and has strong interpersonal skills.
