Job Purpose

· Responsible for the development and implementation of business plans, product management and marketing programs for Investment Services products and services.

· Responsible for ad-hoc advisory service on various products not limited to unit trust, structured notes, bonds, etc. to relevant internal stakeholders to meet business target.

· Responsible for the coordination of the referral insurance broker business pertaining to the development and implementation of business plans, marketing programs, monitoring, planning and implementation of compliance and risk management issues.

Job Responsibilities

· Work closely with Hong Kong counterpart to develop business plans to drive Investment Services and relevant products and services to meet business targets for Private Banking.

· Manage and work closely with internal and external business partners/ product providers to provide quality products and services to the bank’s customers.

· Implement and manage effective product management and launch from product due diligence, product provider selection to ongoing review.

· Launch competitive products, services and promotion, and conduct evaluation & review to meet different market segment needs.

· Develop and control the quality of customer communication in relation to the products under management.

· To provide investment advisory service to Hong Kong and Singapore sales team on a required basis.

· Develop business plans to drive Insurance business, and relevant products and services to meet the business target.

· Monitor, plan and implement of compliance and risk management issue to comply with MAS requirements.

· Develop and control the quality of customer communication in relation to the broker services and products under management.

· Support the strategic planning for business expansion, including development of new customer segments, niche industry, new markets and sales channel.

Job Requirements

· Degree holder or equivalent.

· Minimum 6 – 8 years of solid experience in investment product development and management preferably in investment products and banking field.

· Experience in managing investment products and distributing through multi-channels.

· Exhibit proven track record of product advisory sales and demonstrated traits as a team player.

· Experience in managing brokers, insurance products and distributing through multi-channels.

· Possess the relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
