  • Compliance with Regulations: Ensure the design and execution of the project adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Client Meetings & Progress Reporting: Attend meetings with clients to discuss design progress, address concerns, and provide regular updates on milestones.
  • Vendor Negotiations: Actively engage with vendors, using persuasive and influential communication to secure the best value for the project.

Skills & Experience

· Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must

· At least 2 year of working experience in Corporate Office Interior Design.
