Job Responsibilities of QA Manager
- Oversee QA activities in new product development to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
- Review quality performance, identify issues, recommend solutions, and guide NPI QA engineers to meet project timelines.
- Lead process validation, collaborate with the project team on validation protocols, and assess product launch readiness.
- Align quality specifications with customer expectations based on company capabilities.
- Implement error prevention techniques for critical measurements.
- Evaluate supplier engagement per the Supplier Approval Process during NPI.
- Manage First Article and NPI Quality Team operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma
- 6 years QA experience in NPI project
- Good understanding of ISO 13485 and QMS
