Job Responsibilities of QA Manager

  • Oversee QA activities in new product development to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
  • Review quality performance, identify issues, recommend solutions, and guide NPI QA engineers to meet project timelines.
  • Lead process validation, collaborate with the project team on validation protocols, and assess product launch readiness.
  • Align quality specifications with customer expectations based on company capabilities.
  • Implement error prevention techniques for critical measurements.
  • Evaluate supplier engagement per the Supplier Approval Process during NPI.
  • Manage First Article and NPI Quality Team operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma
  • 6 years QA experience in NPI project
  • Good understanding of ISO 13485 and QMS
