- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and trends, providing actionable insights to improve strategies.
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and interacting with followers.

- Assist with content calendar planning, and ensure timely posting and campaign execution.
- Build and nurture relationships with the online community to foster loyalty and brand advocacy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Related field (or Equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and edit multimedia content (e.g., images, videos, graphics).
- Creative, with a keen eye for design and branding.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on results and ROI.
