About The Job
The publicity cum programme executive will develop engaging content to promote and showcase S R Nathan School of Human Development (NSHD) and its programmes’ activities via various platforms such as the school webpage and the university social media platforms. This tech exec will also be required to provide administrative support to a degree programme.
What You Will Be Doing
- Designs and develops websites for NSHD and programme events.
- Plans, writes, and coordinates online content with various stakeholders to promote and publicise the school and its programmes.
- Maintains the school’s webpage, including faculty CVs, programme webpages, and event details.
- Provide technical support for major school events, including setup and taking photos/videos.
- Post-production for videos/pictures taken during NSHD and programme events.
- Provide IT-support when required.
- Manage assigned programmes and courses
- Support examination and assessment-related matters including formatting assessment papers, processing course results, and performing as an exam invigilator
- Oversee contract renewal, appointment, and deployment of instructors, writers, markers, course developers, etc.
- Organise/coordinate programmme events and activities.
- Attend to queries from associates and students.
- Support school/university events such as symposium, student orientation, open house, convocation
- General administrative duties such as collation of data and information updates.
- Proper documentation and filing to prepare for internal and external audits.
Job Requirements
- A degree in Communications/Marketing/Multimedia/Web Development
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Communications/Marketing/Multimedia/Web Development
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and effective interpersonal skills.
- Able to create engaging online content on various online platforms.
- Able to design and develop website with proficiency in HTML and XML and basic coding.
- Good project management skills.
- A resourceful team player who can work independently and display initiative.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe software (e.g., Premiere, Photoshop, Canvas, Illustrator, etc.)
