Job Description & Requirements
Provide administrative support to the Operations Team
Handle customer’s inquiry (phone calls/emails) and delivery schedules.
Provide quotation to the customers and resolve any potential issues with the orders
Assist with route planning and deploy job orders to drivers via in-house system meticulously
Ensure all job orders are completed satisfactorily and timely
Follow up and update system on vehicles LM/LG cert expiry date, annual LTA inspection date
Arrange equipment, loading/unloading schedules and requirements
Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
Possess at least a GCE ‘O’-level certification
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Able to communicate comfortably via telephone, WhatsApp and email with customers
Proficient in MS Office and excellent administrative and organizational skills
Highly motivated, self-driven and able to handle work pressure
Proactive, positive working attitude, strong problem-solving skills, meticulous, willing to take up challenges.
Able to multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking clients)
Good and dynamic team player
With experience in lorry crane industry
Available to start work immediately or on short notice preferred
Location: Woodlands
Work Week: 5.5 Days (Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am – 12.30pm)
No quota and only allow hire PR or locals.
