- Review applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with applicants regarding missing documentation or corrections.
- Process applications in accordance with defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Issue application clearance upon approval and update records in the application management system.
- Serve as the first point of contact for applicants, answering queries via phone, email, or in person.
- Guide applicants on the steps and requirements for obtaining a clearance.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in relevant field of studies
- Familiar with local regulatory requirements related to WSH in the manufacturing environment preferred;
- Meticulous individual with an eye for details
- Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Power Point, Excel
- Self-motivated, strong ability to exercise initiative, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment;
