Sustainability Officer

Summary

Reporting to the Sustainability Manager, you will be proactively supporting the existing CSR team in the Regional Office and involved in the coordination of the CSR actitivities.

Responsibilities

· Ensure the deployment of the forthcoming sustainability CRM within the RO by implementing training and change management initiatives

· Raise awareness of Group CSR strategy among local Sales / VAS teams

· Contribute to locally initiated CSR BD actions together with the regional CSR our Commercial teams

· Participate in the actions of the Customer Desk in the region by responding to customers' CSR requests

· Conduct benchmarks, competitors and market analysis to maintain and strengthen our vision of CSR practices in the region

· Proactively support the existing CSR team in the RO in the coordination of the CSR actions, in the identification and management of the local initiatives and flagship projects, and in the reporting to the Head Office

Requirements

· Degree or above

· Organized with good communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong project management skills

· Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment

· Passion for sustainability topics

· Knowledge or experience in shipping, logistics or supply chain management sectors would be a plus
