  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About Us:
Whizz Kidz Pte Ltd is a dynamic education company delivering engaging STEM-based lessons and hands-on learning experiences to schools and students. We're looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse and Delivery Assistant to support our growing operations and ensure our lesson materials are always ready, complete, and in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack and prepare boxes of educational materials for lessons and workshops
  • Receive, unpack, and tidy up returned lesson boxes
  • Clean and maintain equipment and lesson kits after use
  • Conduct regular stock takes and keep inventory records accurate and up to date
  • Keep the warehouse space clean, organised, and well maintained
  • Liaise with our delivery team to schedule dispatch and collection of lesson kits
  • Make shopping lists and flag items running low or needing replacement
  • Assist with procurement and restocking as needed

Requirements:

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to lift and move boxes (some light physical work involved)
  • Organised and able to follow processes independently
  • Comfortable using simple digital tools (Google Sheets or inventory apps)
  • Previous experience in logistics or warehousing a plus, but not required
