Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for the effective daily delivery of human resources and administration services;
- Coordinate and support administrative arrangements for staff statutory training and initiatives for learning and development, and track training effectiveness/feedback forms;
- Support in various staff engagement programs, such as employee talent retention (i.e. workplace outreach), and internship initiatives;
- Assist in events and activities organized by HR & Admin department.
- Administer medical and insurance claims and correspondences
- Support general HR-related office administration (i.e. staff uniforms, access cards, franking of mails, photocopier machine maintenance and billing enquiries, time attendance, nametags, storages etc);
- Prepare, update and maintain HR templates, forms and other correspondences in both softcopies and hardcopies.
- Any adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in HR & Administration role;
- Knowledge of Singapore employment, labour law and HR practices;
- Good team player and ability to maintain professional levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
