About the role
SG Gymnastics Academy Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated full-time / part-time Gymnastics Coach to join our passionate and dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work closely with students aged 4 to 12, with a strong focus on Rhythmic Gymnastics. You will help shape the next generation of young athletes, guiding them to grow in confidence, discipline, and technique.

What you'll be doing

  • Support and lead classes alongside our Senior/Head Coach for children aged 4–12
  • Teach using our academy’s structured Rhythmic Gymnastics curriculum — including Warm-Up, Stretching, Footwork, Basic Apparatus, Strength & Conditioning, and other key techniques
  • Provide constructive feedback and hands-on guidance to help students improve flexibility, form, and skills
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that encourages learning and growth
  • Work with the coaching team to plan and deliver effective training programs
  • Assist with student participation in competitions, showcases, and academy events
  • Uphold all safety standards and coaching best practices

What we're looking for

  • Prior coaching experience preferred ideally in Rhythmic Gymnastics or Ballet
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to connect with kids, parents, and teammates
  • Positive, encouraging coaching style that motivates students
  • Passion for teaching children and supporting their athletic and personal development
  • Valid coaching certifications (or the willingness to attain them)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
