
IT Systems & Digital Projects Executive
Overview
We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented IT Systems & Digital Projects Executive to oversee and support the coordination of mobile apps, enterprise systems, and internal digital tools. This role bridges communication between internal stakeholders and external vendors—ensuring smooth implementation, system migrations, and continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- App & System Coordination
Track progress and implementation of digital tools, including mobile apps and backend platformsCoordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), feature rollout, and bug trackingWork with external vendors on technical issues, deployment schedules, and platform improvements
- Enterprise System Support
Administer basic user access and configuration for systems such as POS, CRM, HR, and financial toolsEscalate system issues to vendors and follow through on resolution timelinesEnsure API-based connections between platforms are functional and documented
- Project, Rollout & Migration Management
Assist with planning and execution of system migrations, upgrades, or new software rolloutsCoordinate data mapping, user transition plans, and soft-launch testingMaintain internal documentation, guides, SOPs, and project trackersSupport onboarding and training of internal users on new systems
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with IT vendors for issue resolution, software/hardware support, and service managementCoordinate with external service providers on IT infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and related projects
Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are monitored and met
- Continuous Improvement & Transformation Initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve system workflows and IT operational efficiency
Support IT transformation efforts including cloud migrations and new tech implementations
Provide basic training or knowledge-sharing sessions to internal users on IT tools and best practices
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in IT coordination, digital transformation, or system support roles
Experience in coordinating system migrations, including planning, testing, and rollout
Familiarity with API functionality, integrations, and issue trackingStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working across multiple systems and managing external vendor relationships
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)
Experience using project tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Notion, Asana)
Understanding of data syncing logic and cross-platform system architecture
Prior experience in wellness, hospitality, or retail-based industries is an advantage

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
