Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other employee perks.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with corporate clients to provide competitive benefits rates and services.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Analyze benefits data and trends to make informed recommendations for plan enhancements.
  • Communicate benefits information to clients through various channels, including presentations, written materials, and one-on-one consultations.
  • Handle client's inquiries and issues related to benefits, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align benefits programs with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Prepare and present the benefits budget, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities to clients
  • Conduct regular audits of benefits plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve benefits offerings.
