You will be given responsibilities, goals to work on supporting business operations and delivering the real impact to brands, people, consumer, customers, suppliers, and other partners.
As a Open Innovation (CDMO - Marketing and Events) Graduate Trainee, you will:
- Program management: Keeping documentations organized, scheduling, taking substantial notes, and tracking deadlines of the program (co-pilots of the startups with brands; tasks leading up to the 2025 Big Bang Beauty Tech Innovation Program).
- Cross-functional collaboration: You'll be the communication hub between internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies), ensuring everyone is aligned on the project.
- Marketing Support: Creating visually appealing marketing materials using tools like Canva and coordinating with agencies for internal & external promotion.
- Event Support: Providing logistical and operational support for key events, such as online pitches and the final event in Q4 2025.
- Work with Open Innovation Lead in other capacities as needed to support the program.
- Background and interest in technology-related fields; STEM-majors are welcome.
- Strong and proactive interpersonal and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, organization, and planning meticulousness and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Forms.
- A genuine interest in our industry and the startups ecosystem for emerging technologies.
