Job Description:
- Support marketing activities for professional services firm
- Oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of client events and seminars, including supporting business development efforts before and after events, such as participant follow-ups.
- Maintain and update marketing materials—including brochures, newsletters, website content, media pieces, and internal announcements—ensuring consistency with current templates, styles, and best practices.
- Manage the coordination and submission process for select directory listings.
- Assist with bio updates, including drafting narrative content, highlighting key matters, and providing guidance on best practices.
- Liaise with external vendors as needed to support marketing and business development initiatives.
- Take initiative to identify and engage in projects that enhance skills and contribute to team goals.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree & above or equivalent in Business/Marketing fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred, but not a must
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels.
- Strong team player
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experienced in planning and executing events
- Responsive and service-oriented
- Adept at conducting in-depth research and distilling findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Able to collaborate effectively across all functions of a Marketing team
