Responsibilities
- Handle verbal & written feedback from stakeholders in the form of emails, letters and face to face meet up.
- Record and follow up on feedback until closure of case.
- Liaise with various Statutory Boards, Government Departments (i.e. HDB, PUB, Town Councils, MOM etc.) and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Design and prepare monthly newsletter (if required) to update residents and public on the work progress.
- Arrange for defect inspections in response to feedback by stakeholders.
- Organize and co-ordinate both certification works in the upgrading precinct.
- Maintains the reputation and goodwill of the company.
- Planned and ad-hoc public relation monthly report and weekly management meeting updates.
- Responsible of Site Office Administration work.
Requirements
- Minimum A Levels / Diploma.
- Experience in HDB projects in Singapore.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain comprehensive records and documentation.
